The LA Board of Directors has standing committees, which advise the board in fulfilling its duties and report to the board at monthly board meetings. Each committee is chaired by a board member but then made up of members of the Lincoln Academy community. If you are interested in helping or would like more information, please contact the chairman of the committee or any board member.

Facility Committee - meets once a month, typically the first Friday of the month, check the committee page for time and location
Plans, reviews and recommends facility projects to the Board of Directors. Yearly goals are also completed by the committee. The committee is made up of parent volunteers including a Board member, facility staff and the operations manager.

Finance Council - meets once a month
Plans, monitors and recommends the yearly budget to the Board of Directors. Yearly goals are also completed by the committee. The committee is made up of parent volunteers including the Board Treasurer, finance staff, the operations manager and the Executive Director.

School Accountability Committee - meets once a month
Reviews school programs, administers family surveys and sponsors informational events for the school community. The committee is made up of parent volunteers including a Board member, teachers and the assistant principals.
