Motion 31-04-29: Move that the Lincoln Academy Board of Directors appoint Matt Tien to fill the vacant board seat and assume the role of Treasurer, effective immediately, for the remainder of the current term which ends May 31st, 2025.

Motion 25-04-15: Motion to modify wording of policy 2.1.4, line item 7 to read, “Fail to ensure that appropriate staffing is provided to meet student needs.”

Motion 27-04-15: Motion to approve the new Co-Executive Director Conflict Resolution Policy as written for incorporation under section 6.2: Lincoln Academy Employee Conflict Resolution Policy.

Motion 19-03-11: Move to approve the 2025-2026 Lincoln Academy school calendar as presented to the Board of Directors and on the Lincoln Academy website.
Motion 20-03-11: Move to approve that board elections are held April 16th-21st. The election will be for a minimum of two open positions and a maximum of five open positions. The membership of the election committee shall consist of Katie Neely and Micah Gilbreath.
Motion 21-03-11: Move to move into executive session for the purpose of conducting an “executive director” evaluation for Mr. Hurst (Colorado Revised Statutes CRS 24-6-402(4)(f)Personnel Matters).
Motion 22-03-11: Move to extend an offer of employment to the current Executive Director of Academics, Paul Hurst, for the 2025-2026 school year.
Motion 23-03-11: Move to move into executive session for the purpose of conducting an “executive director” evaluation for Ms. Woods (Colorado Revised Statutes CRS 24-6-402(4)(f)Personnel Matters).

Motion 24-10-01: Move to update the Lincoln Academy board policy 2.1.4 Implementation of the Education Program item (1) for the math curriculum from (Saxon Math) to (Reveal Math).

Motion 5-10-2: Move to add November 1st as a non-contact day for Lincoln Academy with no school for students.

Motion 24-09-17: Move to approve the consulting agreement between Lincoln Academy Board of Directors and Pamela Yoder for consulting expertise and services for Lincoln Academy’s Principal Paul Hurst at an hourly rate of $62.00, with a not to exceed of $5,000.

Motion 01-6-11: Move to approve the 2023-2024 budget as presented including Contingency Reserve Appropriation of $2,886,046 to be compliant with C.R.S. 22-44-106. (Passed, 6-0).
