Hi, I am Amber Wood.  I am originally from Topeka, Kansas but have lived in Colorado for 20 years.  I graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  I have worked in several nursing specialties including Emergency Medicine, Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, and Cosmetic Surgery.  I have been a school nurse for 3 years, splitting my time between Lincoln Academy and Jefferson Academy Elementary.  I have one daughter who is in 6^th grade, and I love having the same schedule as her.  I also have two kittens at home who keep me busy!  I enjoy being able to help our students when they are under the weather or injured.  I look forward to another wonderful year at Lincoln Academy!

Hi I'm Sharon Nickell, I am the Health Aide here at Lincoln Academy.  I love being able to care for our students when they are hurt or not feeling well.    I have been at Lincoln since August of 2001 and had the privilege of seeing both of my children complete their elementary and middle school years.   I have been married to by wonderful husband Kevin since May 7^th 1988.  My daughter Lauren is a Clinical Pharmacist in Beachwood OH and my son Ryan is working at Amazon while looking for a Para legal position.   We have a wonderful dog named Brycen who loves walks and a sweet inside cat named Stormy.    We love going on walks and spending time as a family playing games and enjoying life.
