Staff Appreciation

It's time to show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate them!

Join us in celebrating our staff during May 4th-8th! Read the flyer below to learn about the ways we can show our appreciation to our teachers and staff! Also check out the list of events on the itinerary.
 

Download postcard(s) (option 1 and option 2) to have your child fill out and return to the mailbox near the office, and we will make sure it gets to their teacher! Please turn in by Thursday, May 7th.

Volunteer Opportunities

1. Staff Appreciation Week: At Home Tasks: We need your help to make staff appreciation week happen! There are a few tasks that can be completed at home - please sign up by Friday, May 1st. A PTO board member will contact you with further details and instructions.

2. Staff Appreciation Week: POSTERS WANTED by Friday, May 1st: The Lincoln Academy PTO would love to start collecting posters and signs that we can put up around the school for Staff Appreciation week, which is coming up in May. If you'd like to make a sign/poster or two, our theme is: "Our Teacher's & Staff are The World's Best" (Think travel/flight theme!)

Please drop off posters in the front office for PTO to collect as you complete. We will be collecting posters the rest of April and would like to have all posters collected no later than Friday, May 1st so that we can begin decorating the school.

3. Staff Appreciation: World's Best Treat Donations: All items are due by Friday, May 1st in the Front Office (no later than 3:30PM). Please help PTO surprise our staff with fun travel snacks! These treats will be in the staff lounges throughout Appreciation Week. One sign up spot equals one item donated. If you plan to sign up for multiple quantities of an item, please select the corresponding amount of sign up spots. 

4. Staff Appreciation Week: Volunteer Needs During the Week: We love of our staff and want to ensure all the fun things that we have planned come together smoothly - so we need your help! Please see the sign up below for the week of opportunities.

5. Staff Appreciation: All Family Chalk Art & Poster Hang Up - Sunday, May 3rd: This event is for Sunday, May 3rd from 2-4pm. Calling all Lincoln Families! Please bring your chalk and your posters to help decorate the exterior of the school! This is really fun to do with your kids. We will have paper and markers during the decorating window, but would love some more creative posters brought to hang up in a pinch!
