Math:
In math this week, we are continuing our unit on 2-Dimensional shapes. We are identifying distinguishing attributes of triangles, rectangles, squares, circles and hexagons.
Core Knowledge:
In Core Knowledge this week, we are reading the story of Winnie the Pooh, learning about the legend of Casey Jones and distinguishing between wants and needs.
Social-Emotional Learning:
In Second Step, our third unit is on empathy and kindness. This week, students will be able to give at least one reason why they think kind acts are important.
